The meeting will be held under the International FIM Sporting Code, the CMS rules, general competition rules of the (FMNR) MUL, when applicable, and these Supplementary Regulations which have been duly examined and approved by the (FMNR) MUL.

5) CIRCUIT CONTROL

The first circuit control will take place at 2.00pm on the day prior to the qualifying practices.
 

6) BRIEFING WITH THE ORGANISERS AND THE JURY

The briefing with the organisers and the jury will take place in the Jury Room at 4.oopm on the day prior to the qualifying practices.
 

7) TECHNICAL CONTROL AND VERIFICATION

Friday 06th August from 14.00 to 21.00 hrs.
Saturday 07th August from 07.30 to 08.30 hrs.
 

8) JURY MEETINGS

The first jury meeting will take place at 09.00am on the day prior to the competition.
 

9) RIDERS MEETING

The riders meeting will take place at 12.00pm on the day prior to the competition at the start.

12) FUEL

In accordance with FIM specifications.
Fuel can be obtained in Diekirch (4 km).
 

13) INSURANCE

By endorsing the application form for entry the FMN of the rider certifies that the rider or passenger is insured in accordance with the FIM requirements.

The organiser has contracted a third party insurance in accordance with ART.110.1 of the FIM Sporting Code.

The organiser disclaims all responsability for damage of a motorcycle, its accessories and components arising out of an accident, fire or other cases.
 

14) PROTESTS AND APPEALS

Any person or group of persons - rider, passenger, entrant, manufacturer, official, etc, recognised by the FIM and concerned by a decision taken under the authority of the FIM, may ask for redress for the consequences of that decision.

Generally, protests against the eligibility of a rider, passenger, entrant or a motorcycle entered, must be made before the start of the official practice.

Protest against results must be presented to the International Jury within 30 minutes following the announcement of the results.

An appeal may be made against a decision of the International Jury to the International Disciplinary Court (CDI).

All protests to the International Jury must be made in accordance with the requirement of the Disciplinary and Arbitration Code of the FIM and be accompanied by a fee of SW. fr 50 returnable if the protest is justified.
 

15) PRIZES

All amounts are shown ins Swiss francs. They are net amounts from which no deductions are allowed.They are payable in Swiss francs ONLY.(cash payments)

Travel indemnity to be arranged between the promoter and the riders(teams), based on the minimum stipulated in Appendix 032 (034) and published in the current Annuaire. Payment of prizes at the Secretariat from 18.00 to 20.00 hre.

17) INTERPRETATION OF THE SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS

The interpretation of these regulations rests entirely with the Jury. In case of dispute, regarding interpretation or if any difference between the two official texts, the French texts will prevail.
