I now offer Fiberglass parts for the type44 as well.

This is correct... fiber glass! Lighter, will not rust and durable. All that is needed is to prepare the parts drill some holes for mounting, paint, mount and you have an instant updated car front end. Please see the chart below to see what is available.

V8 EVO FRONT SPOILER

This is a 2 piece system consist of a blade and a lip spoiler. The lip spoiler is for everyday use and the blade is for "circuit use ONLY". These parts are made from plastic NOT fiberglass and are resistance to cracking like fiberglass like the original ones did. The EVO front spoiler is a limited series ONLY!

V8 EVO REAR SPOILER

This was also known as the DTM spoiler. We will only make a limited numbers of these!! The EVO spoiler will fit Audi 100 and 200 cars as well as well as earlier cars with modifications to the trunk. These are made just like the original spoilers.

These rear spoilers are being offered now ONLY build to order. This means we will only build them for customers with cars and will not be offered to dealers. Please ask if we can build one for you.

IMPORTANT!! Please note to mount this spoiler your trunk has to be modified (holes drilled) to fix the spoiler this is an irreversible modification...Please consider this carefully before buying this item!!

KNOCK SENSOR / KLOPFSENSOR

Note:
The knock sensor responds to spark knock caused by Pre-detonation of the Air/Fuel mixture. As the flame front moves out from the spark plug ignition point, pressure waves in the chamber crash into the piston or cylinder walls resulting in a sound known as a knock or ping. This is caused by using a fuel with a low octane rating, overheating, or over advanced timing. Sometimes it can be caused by hot carbon deposits on the piston or cylinder head that raise compression. A knock sensor, which serves to warn of engine knock or pinging due to a bad air/fuel mixture, can go bad. Signs that the knock sensor is bad are a sluggish engine, poor fuel economy and slow acceleration. Most of the time, the knock sensors don't fail entirely but go "soft" and create false signals. You can check the knock sensor through an electrical harness.

The newest thing!!! this beauty is an all aluminum body caliper, lighter and with complete new design designed to replace the older steel body design and with an even more attractive price then anything else on the market.

We offer our own line of brake calipers, years or research and development put together to give you a more robust and better performing caliper. Starting with non-quattro cars and NOW also the quattro cars as well. These calipers were developed by CAC and tested in several climates over a period of two years. These things were given some really rough testing to make sure you get only the best, in fact I made them so good they out last the original calipers. What you get for the price below is all what is shown. That is right, not just the caliper but also the brackets as well. If you are going to do your brakes, do it right and affordable. PLEASE NOTICE THESE ARE NEW AND NOT REBUILT!!! And also notice ...they are made of an aluminum body like the new Audi A3, A4, A6 or A8....these are one of a kind and unique in all the world!!!!

What will these fit on: - THIS KIT IS MADE TO FIT ONLY THE CAR SHOWN (see the list on the right side) --->

What has to be modified or done to fit these to the Audi 100 / 200?- REALLY NOTHING, this is meant as a plug and play kit, how you will have to change or update the following things on the car:

Any car having this installed must have minimum 16" wheels.
Wheels spacers might be needed due to the size of the caliper, example Audi 16" BBS wheels need 10mm spacer each side.
it is highly advised to get new brake hoses, using the standard or original size hoses is OK.
the disk brake shield (which covers the disk in the back might have to be modified, in some cases slightly bent.

BRAKE ACCUMULATORS

These units also better know as the "bomb" are know to go bad about every 7-9 years of service. IF your brake light ( ! ) keeps going on when you first start the car or stays on for a longer period of time it about time to change the accumulator.

The problem we had in the past is to replace these cost an arm and a leg. NO MORE! I now offer the infamous brake accumulators for just about all older Audi models for a ridiculous low price.

Drive safely again and do not worry about having to pay so much to have your car safe on the road. These are NEW accumulators direct from the the factory ready to install.

Changing the brake accumulator on your car? has it been over 3 years since you last changed your Hydraulic fluid? Does the Hydraulic fluid look blacker then raw oil!! ? We are now offering this as well for all the older Audi cars. These are 1 Liter Bottles, same spec as the Audi original green fluid.

WARNING: Do not mix fluids type (synthetic with mineral oil).

If you are switching over to synthetic type and have mineral in now please make sure you do a complete flush of the system!!
